During an audit for a large municipal entity, SUNRx determined that of their $1.4 billion drug spend, there were millions in overcharges. As our findings continued to grow, our audit clients began to ask us for the solution.
From that point forward, SUNRx dedicated its efforts to developing a Prescription Benefit Administration Service based on transparency and full disclosure. Through the use of our proprietary software, a national retail pharmacy network of over 63,000 pharmacies, strategically located mail order pharmacies and specialty pharmacy partnerships, SUNRx can administer prescription benefits to unions, self-insured employers, managed care organizations, federal employees health benefit programs, and other federal, state and local governmental entities, individuals, insurance companies, Medicaid and Medicare.
