STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Our pharmacy network development takes into consideration the Covered Entity’s preferences, pharmacies nearest to patients, and prescription volume analyses.
We work with a diverse network of community pharmacies, including chain, food store, general merchandise, and independent, specialty and mail order pharmacies.
We can customize the pharmacy network to meet the needs of the Covered Entity and ensure that we manage a network consistent with HRSA guidelines matching where patients live and access their medications.
Our contracted pharmacy network continues to evolve as we expand our pharmacy relationships across the nation and partnering with state pharmacy associations.
The location of contract pharmacies is based on the Covered Entity’s patient demographics and the pharmacy’s dispensing volume (to maximize replenishment volume).
We will assist in pharmacy contracting, using flexible pharmacy dispensing fee models. Following HRSA guidelines, we can guide our Covered Entity clients with their HRSA/OPA pharmacy registrations.
We have a dedicated Pharmacy Department responsible for building the Covered Entity’s pharmacy network by facilitating the 340B contract pharmacy relationships.

Patients present their prescription and prescription card to the contract pharmacy, who adjudicates the 340B claim in real-time.
